Description of Service
Our diabetes program is a comprehensive program in which we see patients that have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, pediatric diabetes, gestational diabetes, or pre-diabetes.
The patient must first be referred by their family physician, and then can be seen by one of our many clinicians including dietitians, pharmacists, nurses, exercise specialist, or mental health therapist.
Eye Exams
Annual eye exams should be completed for all diabetes patients. We are able to complete this at our clinic.
Foot Exams
Annual foot exams should be completed for all diabetes patients. We have nurses who can complete this for you at our clinic.
Insulin Pump Program
We specialize in insulin pump therapy and are a recognized pump clinic in Alberta. If you have diabetes and are interested in an insulin pump, please have your family physician refer you to our program.
